Prices:

The prices are inclusive of 15% VAT in South African Rand.

Delivery:

Delivery can take up to 5* business days from the date we receive your payment. * Note this depends on your location. The delivery fee is R99. Free delivery on all orders more than R500.00. We only deliver in South Africa.

Breakages:

Any breakages must be communicated with a picture to our Lifestyle @ Bali Trading Support number within 48h after the parcel was received and opened. The order number, as well as a picture of the breakage, can be sent to 083 266 8497. Breakages will be replaced if stock is still available.

Returns:

Items should be returned within 7 working days after delivery. All transport fees for items returned will be for your account. Returned Items will be quality checked and online credit passed once received.
