Prices:
All prices are quoted in South African Rand and are inclusive of 15% VAT.
Delivery:
Delivery may take up to 7 business days from the date payment is received and allocated.

Courier Fees
Online orders between R0.01 and R499.99: R99.00 delivery fee
Online orders between R500.00 and R1 499.99: R150.00 delivery fee
We offer free delivery on all online orders over R1 500.00.
Please note that we only deliver within South Africa.
Breakages:
Any breakages or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving and opening the parcel.

- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Breakages will be replaced subject to stock availability.
Returns:
Items may be returned within 7 working days after delivery.
Please note:
All transport or courier costs for returned items will be for the customer’s account.
Returned items will undergo a quality check once received.
An online store credit will be issued once the return has been approved.
