This tea is ideal to support the liver after overindulgence in rich food or alcohol. It is also a supplementary treatment for chronic hepatitis.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon of the dried herb infused into a cup of hot water. Strain and drink. Sweetened with honey to taste if required.
