Description
This herbal tea helps with stress and anxiety. It is a mild anti-depressant, helps with anxiety, nervous fatigue, and sleep difficulties.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon of the dried herb infused into a cup of hot water. Strain and drink. Repeat 3 times a day as required.
Ingredients: St Johns Wort, Borage, Passionflower, Oatstraw, Lemon Balm, and Vervain.
