African Oils’ Roasted Tuscan Garlic Oil has a unique mild, sweet garlic taste. Our Tuscan Garlic is harvested locally from the beautiful mountains above Somerset West in the Western Cape. After roasting, it is infused with our renowned premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create a pleasant taste without the harsh and bitter aftertaste of raw garlic. It pairs well with salads, dips and marinades and adds rich buttery flavour to favourite meals like mashed potatoes and roasted veggies and will add wholesome flavour to any dish and snack at any time!
