Harvested at optimal phenolic ripeness, this wine captures vibrant fruit flavours while delivering remarkable complexity and structure.
Hand-harvested grapes were carefully sorted, with only the finest berries selected for fermentation. A portion of whole berries and ripe stalks were included to enhance freshness, texture, and aromatic complexity. The result is a beautifully balanced Shiraz with concentrated fruit character, refined tannins, and exceptional depth.
Matured for 17 months in French oak barrels, this wine displays layers of dark fruit, subtle spice, and well-integrated oak nuances, leading to a smooth and lingering finish.
